The unit is sold on an as is/ where is basis with no written or implied warranties. The sale of this unit is scheduled to be approved at the Rockefeller Township Board of Supervisors meeting on April 28, 2026. However the board reserves the right to reject the bids at their discretion. The machine must be picked up within 10 business days of notification from Rockefeller Township that the winning bid was accepted by the Board of Supervisors. Pick up of item can only be scheduled after the Rockefeller Township's board meeting on April 28, 2026.
